Settings Overview

A map of every tab on the Settings page, what each one controls, and who can change it.

All store and account settings live on one page: Settings. Tabs are grouped by topic. Use the Search settings box at the top (press / to jump to it) to find a field by name, such as "bio" or "pickup hours".

Store vs. your account: the Store and Payments groups apply to the store you're managing right now. Your account settings (profile, timezone, 2FA, notifications) belong to your own login and follow you to every store you own or help manage.

Status labels and the setup box

  • Store details shows Incomplete until your store info is complete.
  • Payments shows Connected once at least one payment method is on, or Not set up if none is.
  • If your store can't accept orders yet, store owners see a Your store isn't accepting orders yet box at the top of Settings. It has two steps, Finish your store info and Connect a way to get paid, and it links to whatever is still missing. See Store Setup.
