Events

Sell tickets to in-person or online events with custom ticket types, attendee fields, and check-in management.

Events let you sell tickets to anything you host — workshops, classes, concerts, webinars, meetups, and more. Each event supports multiple ticket types, custom attendee questions, and a built-in check-in tool.

What You Can Create

  • Venue events — in-person with an address or venue name
  • Online events — with instructions delivered after purchase
  • Multi-ticket events — General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, etc., each with its own price and capacity

How Events Work for Customers

  1. Customer finds your event on the store's events page
  2. They select a ticket type, answer any attendee questions, and check out
  3. E2C confirms the ticket and records the attendee
  4. You check attendees in from the Event Attendees page on event day

Getting Started

Events appear on your store's Events page and are automatically listed in order by date.
