Managing Services

Edit, reorder, enable, and disable your service listings.

Go to Services in your admin sidebar to see all your service listings in a table showing the image, name, category, type, price, payment method, and status.

Editing a Service

Click the Edit (pencil) icon on any service to open the same form used when adding. All fields are editable. Click Save Changes when done.

Enabling and Disabling

Use the status toggle in the Action column to enable or disable a service. Disabled services are hidden from your store but remain in your dashboard.

Disable a service temporarily if you're unavailable rather than deleting it — all your details are preserved.

Deleting a Service

Click the Delete (trash) icon, then confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting a service does not affect existing orders for that service.

Service Limits

Your store supports up to 100 services.

Troubleshooting

Service not appearing on my store

Check that the service status is Active (green). If it was recently enabled, try refreshing your store page.

Can't save changes

All required fields must be filled: Service Name, Service Code, Price, and Service Type. Check that the Service Code is unique — if another service uses the same code, you'll see an error.

Pay After orders not showing as paid

Open the order in Orders, then mark it as paid manually. Pay After orders won't show payment confirmed until you update them.
