Performance Charts
Daily Sessions & Visitors

- Checkout: Visitors who initiated the checkout process.
- Order Completed: Successful purchases.
Drop-off Rates: The funnel shows the percentage of users who drop off at each step. High drop-off at the "Add to Cart" stage might indicate pricing issues, while drop-off at "Checkout" could suggest shipping cost concerns.

Understanding Your Data
Analyze Traffic Trends
Look at the Daily Sessions chart. Are there spikes on weekends? Did a recent social media post drive traffic? Correlating activities with traffic spikes helps you understand what works.
Optimize Conversion
Review the Checkout Funnel.
- If many people view products but don't add to cart, consider improving product descriptions or images.
- If they add to cart but don't checkout, check your shipping rates or checkout process.
Know Your Audience
Use Location and Device data to tailor your store.
- High mobile usage? Ensure your store banners and descriptions are short and mobile-friendly.
- International visitors? Consider offering international shipping options.
Troubleshooting
"No data available"
If you see this message in charts:
- Check if you have selected a valid time range.
- Your store might be new! Share your store link to start generating traffic.
Data Discrepancies
Analytics data is collected via internal tracking and may differ slightly from third-party tools like Google Analytics due to:
- Ad blockers preventing tracking.
- Differences in how "sessions" and "unique visitors" are defined.
- Time zone differences.
Pro Tip: Check your analytics weekly to stay on top of trends and catch potential issues early!
