Adding a Service

Create a service listing with pricing, location type, and booking details.

Go to Services

In your admin sidebar, click Services, then click Add Service.

Basic Information

Images

Upload one or more photos of your service. Drag to reorder — the first image is used as the cover.

Description & Keywords

Description — Full details about what's included, how it works, and what buyers can expect. Supports rich text formatting.

Keywords — Comma-separated terms used for search and discoverability on your store.

Pricing

Service Type controls how the service is structured:

Delivery

Delivery / Turnaround Estimate (optional) — Shown to customers so they know what to expect, e.g. Within 3 business days. Max 50 characters.

Location

Choose how you deliver the service:

Location TypeDescription
Remote / OnlineNo physical meeting needed. E2C shows a message that you'll coordinate via email or messaging.
At My LocationCustomer comes to you. Enter your Address (up to 200 characters).
At Customer's LocationYou travel to the customer. The buyer's address is collected at checkout. Enter your Service Area to show customers where you travel, e.g. Within 25 miles of Chicago, IL. Max 100 characters.

Pay After Option

By default, customers pay at checkout. Toggle Pay After if you prefer to collect payment after the work is completed.

When enabled:

  • The customer books the service without paying upfront
  • You fulfill the work and collect payment separately
  • You mark the order as paid in your Orders dashboard

Pay After is useful for custom quotes, variable-scope work, or services where you prefer to invoice after delivery.

Save

Click Add Service. The service is immediately live on your store.
