Managing Events
Edit event details, view ticket sales, manage attendees, and check in guests.
Go to Events in your admin sidebar to see all your events. The table shows each event's image, name, category, date, location, tickets sold, and status.
Editing an Event
Click the Edit (pencil) icon to open the event editor. All fields — including ticket types and attendee fields — are editable. Click Save Changes when done.
Changing ticket prices or capacity after sales have started affects new purchases only. Existing tickets are not altered.
Enabling and Disabling
Use the status toggle in the Action column to show or hide an event on your store. Disabled events are invisible to customers but remain in your dashboard with all attendee data intact.
Deleting an Event
Click the Delete icon and confirm. Deletion is permanent.
Deleting an event does not automatically refund ticket purchases. Process any refunds from the Orders page before deleting.
Viewing Attendees
Click the Attendees icon on any event to open the Event Attendees page. This shows every ticket sold, with columns for:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Order | The order number linked to the ticket |
| Buyer | The customer's name |
| The buyer's email address | |
| Ticket Type | Which ticket tier was purchased |
| Token | The unique check-in token for this ticket |
| Answers | Responses to any attendee fields you configured |
| Check-in | Check-in status for event day |
Checking In Attendees
On the Event Attendees page, use the Check-in column to mark each attendee as checked in. Each ticket has a unique token that can be used for verification.
Tickets can have the following statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Reserved | Checkout started but not yet paid (holds for 30 minutes) |
| Confirmed | Payment complete — valid ticket |
| Checked In | Attendee has arrived and been checked in |
| Cancelled | Ticket cancelled |
| Refunded | Ticket refunded |
Reserved tickets that aren't paid within 30 minutes are automatically released, freeing up capacity.
Event Limits
Your store supports up to 100 events and 12 ticket types per event.
Troubleshooting
Event not showing on my store
Confirm the event status is Active. Also check that the event has at least one ticket type configured — events with no tickets are hidden.
Ticket type shows as sold out too early
Check the Capacity you set for that ticket type. If it's lower than expected, edit the event and increase the capacity.
Attendee answers not showing
Only attendee fields marked Active collect responses. If you added a field after some tickets were sold, earlier buyers won't have answers for it.
