Attendees and Check-in

See every ticket sold, check guests in by QR scan or token, and export attendees to CSV.

Open the Event Attendees page by clicking the Attendees (people) icon next to an event on the Events page. You can switch events with the Event dropdown at the top.

The attendee list

There's one row per ticket (not per order), so an order for 3 tickets shows as 3 rows.

Checking guests in

You can check in a ticket in three ways:

  • From the list: click Check In on a Confirmed ticket.
  • By scanning: click Scan Tickets, then Use Camera, and point your camera at the QR code on the buyer's ticket PDF. Your browser will ask for camera permission.
  • By token: click Scan Tickets and type the 6-character token under Enter token manually, then click Check In.

You'll see a confirmation, or a message such as "Ticket was already checked in.", "Ticket is not valid for check-in." (for tickets that aren't Confirmed), or "Ticket not found."

Check-in can't be undone from the dashboard, so make sure you've got the right ticket before you click.

A ticket can only be checked in once. Scanning a ticket that's already been used is rejected, which stops shared screenshots being reused at the door.

Exporting attendees

Open the export

On the Event Attendees page, click Export CSV.

Filter (optional)

  • Start Date / End Date: filter by order date. Leave them empty to export everything.
  • Order Status: select one or more statuses (hold Ctrl, or Cmd on a Mac). Leave it empty for all statuses.

Export

Click Export. A file named like event-attendees-your-event-code_2026-05-01_143000.csv downloads.

The CSV has one row per ticket with these columns:

Order Number, Order Date, Order Status, Buyer First Name, Buyer Last Name, Buyer Email, Ticket Type, Price Paid, Currency, Payment Method, Ticket Token, Ticket Status, Checked-In At, then one column for each of the event's current attendee fields.

Payment Method is Stripe, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, Zelle, or Cash. Free tickets show as Cash. If nothing matches your filters, you'll see "No tickets found matching the selected filters."
