Audit History
See every change made to your store, who made it, and when. Includes sign-ins, orders, products, settings, and API activity.
Settings → Audit history is a log of every change made to this store from the dashboard, by you and your collaborators. It shows who made each change and when. Use it to answer questions like "who refunded this order?" or "when did the shipping policy change?"
Reading the log
- Changes are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, then dates), newest first. Each day shows how many changes it has.
- Each entry shows the action (for example Refunded order or Updated product), the order, listing, or person it affected, who did it (You or their email), their role, the area, and the time.
- Click an entry to open its details: when it happened (down to the second, with timezone), the person's email, and extra details such as the new store name or timezone.
- Actions that didn't go through are marked Failed and show the error the person saw.
- Times are shown in your own timezone.
- The log shows 50 entries per page. Use Older → and ← Newer to move between pages.
