Email Previews
See exactly what your customers receive from your store, using sample order data.
Settings → Email previews shows the emails E2C sends your customers for you. Pick an email on the left to see it filled in with sample order data, along with the From name and Subject line it's sent with. On a phone, the preview opens as a sheet that slides up from the bottom.
Previews are read-only. They don't send anything, and these email templates can't be edited. Emails use your store name as the sender name.
Order emails

Order Confirmed looks different depending on what was bought. Use the dropdown above the preview to switch between Physical product, Digital product (includes download links), Event tickets, and Pay after service.
