Manage Stores
Own up to 3 stores under one login, and switch between every store you own or collaborate on.
Your E2C Store login isn't tied to a single store. You can own multiple stores yourself, and you can also have access to stores owned by other people who've added you as a collaborator. Everything is managed from one account.
What follows you across stores vs. what stays per-store: your profile (name, date of birth, login email), timezone, notification preferences, and 2FA are all tied to your login — they're the same everywhere you go. Store data — products, orders, branding, address, payment settings — belongs to each store individually and never crosses over.
Viewing your stores
Go to Manage Stores — also reachable from the account dropdown in your dashboard header. This page lists every store you have access to, whether you own it or you're a collaborator on it, with a badge showing your role on each one.
Creating another store
Create a new store
Click Create a new store. A new, empty store is created and you're taken straight into its setup.
You can own up to 3 stores. Once you've hit the limit, you'd need to close one of your existing stores first.
Each store you own is completely independent: its own products, orders, branding, storefront link, and payment setup. None of it is shared with your other stores.
Switching between stores
Open Manage Stores
Go to Manage Stores, or click Manage Stores from your dashboard's account dropdown.
Pick a store
Click the store you want to switch into. You're dropped into that store's dashboard immediately.
Switching stores only changes which store's data you're looking at — your login, profile, timezone, and 2FA don't change. If a store's initial setup was never finished, you'll see an Incomplete setup badge next to it and get routed to finish that setup when you select it.
Troubleshooting
I don't see a store I should have access to
If you're expecting collaborator access, confirm the store owner actually sent (and you accepted) the invite — see Collaborators. If you were removed as a collaborator, the store no longer appears in your list.
"You've reached the limit of 3 stores"
You already own 3 active stores. Collaborating on someone else's store doesn't count toward this limit — only stores you personally own do.
My changes on one store show up oddly on another
They shouldn't — each store's data is fully isolated. If something looks wrong after switching stores, try refreshing the page; if it persists, contact support.
One login, every store you touch — whether it's your own second location or a store you help run for someone else.
