Creating your account

Go to e2c.store/signup to begin the signup process.

Create an account

You'll need the following information:

Email Address: Use a valid email you check regularly
Password: Choose a strong password (minimum 8 characters)

Or use your Google account to signup instead.

Complete the account setup

Provide the following information:

Account Type: Select whether you're an individual or business.
Store Name: Pick a unique name for your store (this will be your URL: e2c.store/your-store-name). See store name guidelines below for best practices.

Your store name can only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens. Choose carefully—it will be part of your store's identity!

Selling Category: Select a selling category. If none fits your use case, select Other.
Country: Pick the country you're selling from.
Store Currency: Pick your store's default currency. This will be the currency you list your product prices and accept payments in.

Verify Your Email

After completing the signup process, check your inbox for a verification email from E2C Store.

Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.

Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder. If it's still not there, you can request a new verification email from the account settings page.

Go to your dashboard

Once you're signed up, you'll see an onboarding flow that will show your where important pages and resources are. Follow along to get an understanding of the interface.

Store Name Guidelines

Your store name is important—it's how customers will find and remember you. Here are some tips:

Keep it short and memorable: Aim for 3-15 characters
Make it relevant: Reflect what you sell or your brand identity
Avoid special characters: Stick to letters, numbers, and hyphens
Check availability: The system will tell you if your desired name is taken
