Share a Product
Make a ready-to-post image and caption for any product, service, or event, with a link that tracks its sales.
Share a product turns any listing into a post you can put on Instagram, WhatsApp Status, or Pinterest in a few taps: an image with the photo, price, and a QR code, plus a caption with your link.
Open Marketing
In your admin sidebar, click Marketing and find Share a product.
Pick a product and format
Choose from Product (any active product, service, or event), then pick a Format:

Check the caption
The Caption is written for you: the product name and price, the first sentence of its description, and "Order from Your store: link". Edit it however you like.
Download and post
- Download image saves the image as a PNG.
- Copy caption copies the caption to paste under your post.
- WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the caption ready to send.
What's on the image
- The product's first photo
- Your store name, the product name, and the price
- A SALE badge and the old price crossed out, when the product has a compare-at price
- A QR code with "Scan to order" that opens the product
Every format has its own link built in, so you can see which one sells. Visits and orders show under Other sources on Tracked Links, for example "Share a product: Instagram post".
Good to know
- Only active listings can be shared. Hidden products, services, and events don't appear in the list.
- If a product has no photo, the image shows the first letter of its name instead.
- If a photo can't be added to the download, the image is saved without it and you'll see a notice.
