Email Invites

Send personalized invitations to friends, family, or colleagues.

Sending Email Invitations

You can use the built-in email invitation tool to let people know about your new store.

From your dashboard sidebar, click on Marketing.

Enter Email Addresses

In the "Invite people to explore your store" section:

  1. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
  2. You can enter multiple emails by separating them with a comma or tab.
  3. The system uses a smart tag input to manage the emails.

Limits:

  • You can send up to 15 emails per day.

Preview the Email (Optional)

Before sending, you can see what your customers will receive.

  • Click the Preview Email button.
  • This opens a preview of the invitation email in a new tab.

Send Invitations

Click the Send Emails button to send the invitations.

Note: It may take up to a few minutes for the system to process and send all the emails.

Troubleshooting

Invalid Email Errors

If you see an error about invalid emails:

  • Check that all email addresses are formatted correctly (e.g., name@example.com).
  • Remove any incomplete or malformed email tags from the input field.

Daily Limit Reached

If you cannot send more emails:

  • The system limits invitations to 15 per day to prevent spam.
  • Please wait 24 hours before sending more invitations.
