Header & Footer
Your logo, header style and menu links, footer text and layout, and social media links. Shared by every page.
Every page of your store shares one header and one footer. In the Design Studio they're the first and last cards in the Sections tab, on every page tab, marked All pages. Changes here show across your whole store.
Open them directly at Design Studio → Header or Design Studio → Footer.
Header
Store logo
Upload your Store Logo in the Header card. It appears in your storefront header and footer.
- Max file size: 5 MB. Types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, SVG, WebP.
- A transparent PNG or SVG works on any header color.
- Use Remove to delete the logo.
When you upload a logo, E2C also makes a small 32 × 32 icon from it for the browser tab (the favicon). The logo is squeezed into a square, so a square logo gives the best tab icon. SVG logos can't be turned into a tab icon, so the E2C icon is used instead. Your logo is also used as the preview image when your store link is shared on social media. See SEO & Sharing.
Header settings

Menu links
Switches for the Shop, Services, and Events links in your header menu.
If you hide the Shop, Services, or Events link while you still have active items of that type, buyers can't reach those pages from your menu. Your Recommendations page flags this as Critical.
Footer

Your store logo, if you've uploaded one, also appears in the footer.
Social links
Turn on Show Social Icons, then paste the full link to each profile you use: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Only platforms with a link show an icon. Leave a field blank to hide that icon.
- Each link can be up to 100 characters.
- Links must be web addresses, like
https://instagram.com/yourstore. If you leave outhttps://, it's added for you, soinstagram.com/yourstoreworks too. Anything that isn't a web address, such as an email address withmailto:, is rejected when you save.
Social links are saved in lowercase. Most profile links aren't case-sensitive, but if a link stops working after you save, check the link on the platform.
"Powered by E2C Store" badge
The bottom of every store shows a small Powered by E2C Store badge. It can't be turned off.
