Integrations & API

Connect AI assistants, scripts, and tools like Zapier to your store's data.

E2C Store gives you two ways to let other software work with your store. Both are found in your dashboard under Settings → Sales channels & integrations.

Nothing gets deleted

Neither an AI assistant nor an API key can delete anything in your store, and neither can touch payments or payouts, change your store name, web address, or currency, or refund or cancel an order. To hide a product or category, they can set it to inactive; deleting is something only you can do from the dashboard. An AI assistant can only change your store's design, pages, and settings, or move orders along, if you allowed it when connecting.

Keeping track of changes

Every change made by a connected AI app or an API key is recorded in your store's audit history, labelled with the app's name or the API key's name, so you can always see what changed and who did it. Creating and revoking API keys, and allowing, denying, or disconnecting AI apps, are recorded there too.
